Period end processing calendar run finished with DETAIL_WRONG_BOOKING_DATE errors

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Off

1. Go to Admin Center > Manage Time Off Calendars then create a Period End Processing Calendar.

2. Run the calendar and observe that it has finished with errors. Open the log file and see that DETAIL_WRONG_BOOKING_DATE errors are returned for the employees time accounts.

• Date parameter for the posting date on the follow up account is incorrectly configured in the period end procesing rule that was associated to the time account type.
• The rule below is trying to set the posting date of the forwarded balances to be equal to that of the bookable start date of the old account, hence, making the posting date invalid as old account has already been closed.

Correct the posting date parameter in the period end processing rule and set the posting date to be equal to the bookable start date of the follow-up (new) account then run the PEP calendar again.
