2420688 - Missing protocol, hostname and port in WDA URLs

Symptom

  • The protocol, hostname and port are not appearing on the URL for Web Dynpro ABAP applications.hostname-port-missing.png
  • When launching web-based transactions built with WebDynpro ABAP, such as SOAMANAGER, a blank URL as above (no protocol, no host and no port) is shown at the browser.
