2420719 - Behavior difference loading TIMESTAMP data into Extended Storage table for leap year and year after leap -- HAN DYT

• INSERT ... SELECT ... from HANA table into DT table shifts all dates for TIMESTAMP/DATETIME columns one day down for any leap year
  and then one day up for a subsequent year.
• IMPORT directly from CSV file into DT table produces the same data shift for TIMESTAMP/DATETIME columns.
