2420780 - Error to registered in SLD - Class BCSystemBuilder not found

While collecting and sending data of an ABAP or JAVA system, the following error message raises:

• JAVA System - After clicking button "Collect and Send Data" in screen SLD Data Supplier Configuration:
  
  Collect and Send Data failed. Data transfer failed. Failed to Send Data. Target URL: http://<host>:5<nn>00/sld/ds, Status: 500, Message: Internal Server Error

• ABAP System - After running transaction RZ70, the following error message shows in the SLD logs (SLD > "Administration" > "Log"):
  
  [SLD Data Supplier Forwarding] ERROR com.sap.lcr.sagent.BridgeCommunicationHTTP: Can not send data to http://<host>:5<nn>00/sld/: 500 Internal Server Error

Both error messages shows 500 Internal Server Error, which is a common HTTP error. This error can have multiple causes.
More details about the error can be found in the SLD logs.
