2420812 - Keystore service can not export ICM image view

Symptom

Using the 'Export Keystore View to PSE File' (SSL configuration) or 'Export View to PSE' (Certificates and Keys) functionality of NetWeaver Administrator gives a similar error:

Keystore service can not export ICM image view [ICM_SSL_39355] to the file system
[EXCEPTION]
java.security.KeyStoreException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: \\usr\\sap\\<SID>\\<InstanceID>\\sec\\SAPSSLS.pse (Access is denied)
