2421081 - Poor HR Performance (Many calls to table UST12)

You notice that there is poor performance in HR transactions

For Example when using PA20/PA30 and searching for personnel number or searching by name

If a trace is performed you will see many database calls to table UST12

There will also be alot of time taken for one (or both) of the methods:

CL_HRPAD00AUTH_CHECK_STD=>CHECK_CONTEXT_AUTH_OBJECTS
CL_HRPAD00AUTH_CHECK_STD=>CHECK_AUTH_OBJ_PA 

You have already confirmed that table buffering is dimensioned correctly, in particular for the tables USRBF2 and UST12.
