2421088 - My Inbox error: System Error / Method 'QUERY_CUSTOM_ATTR_DEFINITIONS' not implemented

Symptom

  • When opening the My Inbox app in the Fiori Launchpad, the following error message appears:

System Error. For more information, check the details or contact your system administrator.

  • Press F12 to go to the Google Chrome inspector, see the following error:

HTTP request failed501, Not Implemented,("error":{"code":"SY/530","message":{"lang":"en","value":"Method 'QUERY_CUSTOM_ATTR_DEFINITIONS' not implemented in data provider class."}
