"Import by Incrementally adding data" is unable to be selected from Importing Extended User Information - Personal Information

1. Go To Admin Center > On the Search Tools, look for: Import Extended User Information
2. Select Personal Information option, the "Import by incrementally adding data" is not clickable

Select Trend Information and "Import by incrementally adding data" will be enabled.

Select Background Information and "Import by incrementally adding data" will be enabled.

Personal Information contains employee records which does not increment within a portlet.

Basically, Personal information such as date of birth, citizenship etc. only has one data, while the Trend Information and Background Information contains elements, fields or data that could increment or be appended to an existing record within the portlet.

This is the reason why the  "Import by incrementally adding data" is available only and can be selected for Trend and Background information.
