2421457 - RBP Restriction for Event Reason's Visibility in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• "View" permission is not granted for an event reason in permission role (Employee Data > Event Reasons, Employee Central Effective Dated Entities>Job Information>Event Reason).
• However, the event reason is visible when opening the record in Job Information History.

1. In Manage Permission Roles, remove "Edit" and "View" rights for an event reason
2. Locate an employee 
3. Open Job Information History 
4. The event reason is displayed 

It is an expected behaviour by system design. 

The permission has no influence on viewing existing records. It only filters the content of the event reason drop down when creating / changing data via MSS (Take Action > Change Job and Compensation Information).

It should control that only users with the permission for event reasons can execute these actions (i.e. stop selecting the restricted value in the dropdown for event reason).
