2421501 - An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL occurred when adding BPF hyperlinks

After you add a hyperlink in a BPF template and try to save it, several errors display:

"An exception with the type CX_SY_REF_IS_INITIAL occurred, but was neither handled locally, nor declared in a RAISING clause".

"Dereferencing of the Null reference".

In backend ABAP system, an ABAP runtime error (short dump) is generated.
