When do Time Off Work Schedule Change Notifications get triggered?


Employee Central - Time-Off


The Engineering Team have confirmed that notifications should sent send if:

  • Time Management Recalculation is not active
  • Work Schedule is changed (not just added, but an existing one is changed to another one)
  • There is an absence with a status of Active after the Work Schedule change date
  • The email is sent to the user who triggers the Job Info change. However, it is important that the user the change is done for also has an email address assigned (this is a validation implemented for te email to send)
