2421886 - SuccessFactors user interface shows different for one user

Symptom

  • Successfactors having a different UI and colors than other users for one user.
  • When a user makes proxy with this affected user account the home page looks different.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  • Login to the instance and see that the home page has high contrast; OR
  • Proxy to the affected user and see the home page also have high contrast

Cause

The affected user account has high contrast enabled under Settings -> Accessibility Settings

Resolution

  1. Go to Settings->Accessibility Settings
  2. Disable High Contrast
  3. Disable Enhance Keyboard Navigation
  4. Save
