Symptom
- Cannot produce Trace/Log files for the Open Document web application in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform (BI) version 4.2+
- Setting the TraceLog option to Low, Medium or High in the Central Management Console (CMC) under Applications / Open Document does not produce any log files on the disk
- End to End traces produce no logs on the disk for Open Document workflows
Note: Previous version of the BI Platform created log files in the C:\SBOPWebapp_OpenDocument_<ip address>_<port>\ folder
