2421953 - Load table command failed to load the column with NULL value when the CONVERSION_ERROR is off

• When the option CONVERSION_ERROR is set to 'OFF', a load table command failed to set the column value to NULL.
• The row with conversion error was not loaded in IQ server.

• The load table command has IGNORE CONSTRAINT DATA VALUE to 0, Row Log, Message Log and "Only Log All" defined.
  Example:
