Symptom

FIM Job of "JobName" cannot be created by the following error.

com.sap.fpm.fim.common.webservice.WSException: Unexpected error during the action: 'Add mapping table definition'. Contact your administrator.

com.sap.fpm.fim.common.webservice.WSException: Mapping table 'FIM_JobName_PA' already exists for job 'JobName'.
