2422331 - When configuring My Inbox, MD_PRODUCT_MAINTAIN_SRV 001 cannot be activated

Symptom

  • You are configuring Fiori apps in S4HANA
  • "My Inbox" app is inconsistent and screen hangs
  • Transaction /n/IWFND/ERROR_LOG shows MD_PRODUCT_MAINTAIN_SRV 001 is not active,
  • When you try to activate it ,exception is thrown: Metadata not loaded- See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend. The class 'CL_MD_PRODUCT_MAINTAIN_MPC_EXT' was not found
