2422468 - Completion Date displayed on Certificate of Completion report does not match the completion date in users Learning History

For one individual user, the Completion Date of an item does not match what is displayed when Certificate of Completion report is run. No other users are affected by this date mismatch.

In this example, within the user Learning History the completed data for the item is 1/17/2017

When user then runs the Certificate of Completion report, by clicking on the print icon, the completion date is displayed as May 1, 2018.

The cause of this date mismtach is due to the Date Patten ID selected within the users Preferences.

1. Updating the Date Pattern ID for the user in question will resolve.
2. Open the User detail the go to Related > More > Preferences and update the Date Patten ID to the correct format.
   
   
   
   
3. Get the user to run the Certificate of Completion report again, and the Completion Date will now be correctly displayed.
