2422483 - Troubleshooting old locks transaction sm12

The follow symptoms appear together:

1. Some messages of "locked by the user" from applications are seen without specify user.
2. Transaction SM12 show old locks at the system (sometimes from a year ago).
3. Enqueue backup file is used. (KBA not valid for environments with Enqueue Replication Server configured.)
4. Even when the lock is manually removed, locks appears again when SAP system or ASCS is restarted.
