2422545 - Notification with Cancellation Invite for Slot Deletions

Users will not get the update notifications when a slot of a class is deleted.

When a slot is deleted from the class, the Learning will automatically send update notifications to users.
A cancellation notification would be sent for deletion of the class/slot with VLS slots and also for the customized templates at Item/Class Level will use the VCAL from the global template.

A couple of configurations have been added at the Mail Settings to enable the above settings:

• To enable the automatic update of configurations when a class slot is deleted: System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail Tab > Enable "Automatically send Class Enrollment Update Notification on Slot deletion".
• To use the VCAL message from Global Templates, when templates are customized at Item/Class Level: System Administration > Configuration > Global Application Settings > Mail Tab > Enable "Always use VCAL message from the Global templates".
