Symptom

Within a managed system (i.e. SAP ERP 6.0) configured for Business Process Monitoring via SAP Solution Manager 7.2, a shortdump occurs with the following details:

     Category                       ABAP Programming Error
     Runtime Errors               DYNPRO_NOT_FOUND
     ABAP Program               /SSA/EXS
     Application Component SV-SMG-MON-BPM

     Short Text
         Screen does not exist.

     Error analysis
         You are trying to use screen 1000 in program "/SSA/EXS". This screen does not
         exist.
     Information on where terminated
         The termination occurred in ABAP program "/SSA/EXS", in "SYSTEM-EXIT". The
         main program
         was "/SSA/EXS".

         In the source code, the termination point is in line 18 of (Include)
         program "<SYSINI>".
         Program "/SSA/EXS" was started as a background job.

         Job name....... BPM_DATA_COLLECTION_1
