2422576 - LMS - Notifications - Organization "From Email Address" (Product Enhancement b1702 - LRN-13797)

Admins can now set "From Email Address" at Organization level for the notifications generated from the LMS.

As an Admin you can now set Organization level From email address within the LMS application:

1. A new configuration is added in LMS_ADMIN section (System Admin -> Configuration -> System Configuration -> LMS_ADMIN): useOrgEmailAsFromForNotifications=true
   Where true  : You would like to use the Organization Level From Email Address || false : You dont like to use the Organization Level From Email Address
2. Once you enable to the configuration you can configure the from email address at Organization, a new column will display as below:
   
   NOTE: If the configuration useOrgEmailAsFromForNotifications set to false you will not see the from email address column in Organizations.
3. From Email Address via Connector: You can add/update the from email address via Organization Connector, a new header has been added "FROM_EMAIL".
   Once the connector is successful, you will be able to see the value updated at the respective Organization.
4. Once the email address is configured, all the users will get the notifications with "from email address" from the respective Organization.

NOTE: If the User Level Organization doesnt have the "From email address" set but the configuration is enabled then it will look for "From email address" from one level above organization (Parent Organization), if not found then it looks in next level until it finds the root organization.
If even the root level organization doesnt have the "From email address" configured then it will look for email address from the Global Variables - Mail Tab.
