Symptom

SUM stops with the errors below during phase MAIN_SHDIMP/SUBMOD_CP2SHD/SCEXEC_TRIG

        Error message: DBSL error 99 (db code -904)
        SQL0904 - Resource limit exceeded.
        (<job num>/SAPADM/SUMSTART)

Stopping the SAP system and deleting the SQL packages does not solve the problem
