- qopatch_log.log shows messages similar to the following:
KUP-04004: error while reading file /oracle/<sid>/12102/QOpatch/qopiprep.bat
KUP-04017: OS message: Error 0
KUP-04017: OS message: /oracle/<sid>/.kshrc: hostname: not found.
/oracle/<sid>/.kshrc: sed: not found.
/oracle/<sid>/.kshrc: uname: not found.
KUP-04118: operation "pipe read", location "skudmir"
(The location of the .kshrc file depends on the $HOME of the Oracle software installation owner.)
- It's possible to successfully run hostname, sed and uname from the command line.
- QOpatch directory has correct permissions.
