- In BI Launchpad or Central Management Console (CMC), after clicking on logoff button "The cleanup is in progress. Please wait" message appears and the page hangs for atleast 5 minutes.
- White screen is also seen sometimes when viewing reports.
- No problems faced during login or navigation in either BI Launchpad or CMC.
