2423089 - Report Ownership Automatically Changing

Reports uploaded to Online Report Designer using Report Transfer all have the owner "SuccessFactors" regardless of their original owners.  The owner then cannot be changed except by SuccessFactors staff.

The owner of a report is not stored in the bundle file, so the owner does not transfer automatically (in case the same user does not exist at the destination). The initial owner on the destination instance is whoever uploads the bundle. If the user has SuccessFactors staff privileges as many partner accounts do, or possibly if the bundle is uploaded by logging directly into the ORD/WFA side, the owner will be SuccessFactors.

To avoid this, log into the site through BizX and proxy as one of the customer users with an admin role in ORD (e.g. Implementation Partner or Report Admin).  Any reports uploaded this way will have that user as the owner, and more importantly any report admin can then change the owner.
