2423132 - Resolving problems due to Metadata errors in "Audit Journal" Application

Symptom

  • On Fiori Launchpad, navigating to the "Audit Journal" application and / or to an item within the application does not display data though the item / data exists.
  • The bottom pane where the data has to be displayed is empty (see screenshot)screenshotaudit.jpg
  • Browser logs and gateway error logs show "Value-List FAC_AUDIT_JOURNAL_SRV.CompactJournal/AccountingDoc not found in Metadata" error or "Value-List FAC_AUDIT_JOURNAL_SRV.CompactJournal/ xxxxxxxxxxxx" not found in Metadata".
