Symptom

When starting an SAP IQ 16 database, the following error occurs:

I. 02/01 15:43:48. 49152K of memory used for caching
I. 02/01 15:43:48. Minimum cache size: 49152K, maximum cache size: 262144K
I. 02/01 15:43:48. Using a maximum page size of 32768 bytes
E. 02/01 15:43:48. The temporary directory name is limited to 64 characters
I. 02/01 15:43:48. Database server shutdown due to startup error

I. 02/01 15:43:49. Database server stopped at Wed Feb 01 2017 15:43

DBSPAWN ERROR:  -85
