2423389 - RODPS_SAPI012 Error during delta extraction: DataSource <DATASOURCE>

The execution of a direct access delta DTP from an ODP source system ends with the following error messages in the monitor:

• RODPS_SAPI021 Error during delta extraction: DataSource <DATASOURCE>
• RSQU052 ERROR_INIT_CALL

The corresponding extraction job in the source system ODQR_*_D shows the following messages:

• Error during delta extraction: DataSource <DATASOURCE>
• START_EXTRACTION <DATASOURCE>
• INIT_PHASE <DATASOURCE>
• ERROR_INIT_CALL
• Error during delta extraction: DataSource <DATASOURCE>
• Exception  occurred in line 224 of include CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_MODEL=====CM006 (program CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_MODEL=====CP)
• Exception  occurred in line 282 of include CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_CURSOR====CM009 (program CL_RODPS_DATASOURCE_CURSOR====CP)

Where <DATASOURCE> is the technical name of the actual datasource.

Sometimes if the request is triggered by BW DTP, the extraction is not newly performed as no new ODQR_* background job started in source system. The old extraction errors will always be shown in BW.

For CO-PA extractors/datasources( 1_CO_PA*) follow the instructions as per SAP Note: 696936 - RD145 delta update no longer possible/realignment
