2423716 - Can not create DB2 clone tables in SAP PD

Symptom

  • You can not create a clone table on an existing base table at the current server by using the ALTER TABLE statement.
  • The syntax is

ALTER TABLE base-table-name ADD CLONE clone-table-name

  • Clone tables are a DB2 for z/OS Version 9 enhancement that are not available in the DBSM resource files.
