2423740 - Parameter "messaging.log.retainTime" is not activated after configuration

In NWA, you configured parameter messaging.log.retainTime for synchronous messages, however, when you check relevant messages, the log retention period is still not changed. For example, you changed the parameter from 7 days to 3 days, but after several days, you can still see synchrounous messages that were processed 7 days ago. The parameter is not working.
