Symptom
Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.
- Launch the Reporting Administrator and noticed that there is no data retrieved into the fields as shown in the below screenshots:
- The following errors are displayed in the UI
- /monitor/reportingadmin/frame_top.htm: Invalid dsCheckTimeZoneName.Fields('DisplayName')
- /monitor/reportingadmin/xml/xmlloadadmin.htm: Invalid dsGetCustomer.Fields('Customer')
- WebClient Logs:
- ERR> ODBC error at /monitor/login: 37000 [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Cannot open database "XYZ_VWU" requested by the login.
- The login failed.; /* database [monitor/Reporting,XYX_VWU]*/
- ERR> /monitor/reportingadmin/frame_top.htm: Invalid dsCheckTimeZoneName.Fields('DisplayName')
