2423822 - Lumira chart drill down only affects the chart that the drill down was performed on

In Lumira when performing a drill down on a chart only the current chart is drilled down on, the other charts stay at their level.

This is a design feature of Lumira that allows users to drill down into different layers of different charts on the same story board and compare the results.
