How is the order of the benefits determined for the Employee's Benefits Overview Page?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Reproducing the Issue

Login into the instance;
-
Go to the Employee Profile;
-
Navigate to the Benefit Section;
-
Click in "Go to Benefits";
-
The available Benefits list is displayed;
-
Once the page is loaded and then refreshed, order will not change instead.
Cause
Currently, this is the system expected behavior and cannot be customized.
Resolution
The sorting of the benefits in the Benefit Overview Page will be random.
The same behavior will apply to the "Recent Approved Claims", however for the claims, it's possible to use the "Claims History", where there is the option to sort the benefits ascending or descending by name or submission date.
Customer may opt to log Enhancement Request should any request in current behavior.
