User <username> does not have sufficient administration authorization in the Change and Transport System. For this action you require at least the authorization for value TABL of the authorization object S_CTS_ADMI (field CTS_ADMFCT.

• Solution Manager 7.2 => ChaRM Administration cockpit: Activating CSOL for a system fails with error messages:
  Fail to switch the Cross-System Object Lock check for the system <SID> / <client>
  No administration authorization in Change and Transport System (message number TK620)
