Symptom
- REORG REBUILD is executed, followed by ALTER TABLE drop column with no datacopy.
- Got error 9561 when INSERT command is run on a table:
Msg 9561, Level 20, State 3:
An insert or update to table 't1' places column 'c' at offset 10, ending at offset 14. The maximum permitted ending offset for this column is 10. This is a server internal error.
