2424365 - Argentina: Format Change for CUIT field in legal entity

For Argentina ,with Legal Entity FO and respective cuitCode field does not have the correct format.

Issue with Legal Entity FO and the respective cuitCode field does not have the correct format for Argentina (NN-NNNNNNNN-N).

Replication Steps

- Go to "Manage Data"

- Edit a "Legal Entity" from Argentina (Ex.: ID 3200)

- At the CUIT field you can see the value "30,573,652,082" (NN,NNN,NNN,NNN), but the format must be NN-NNNNNNNN-N

As of the Q1 2017 release, the CUIT field for Argentina, which was separated by commas displays the digits without commas for better readability and will hold 11 digits as value for the field.

 Note : New field called CUIT is added .Existing field CUITcode will be deprecated in b1705 release.
