Error received at Initial Verification and cannot proceed to Submit Initial Verification.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. During the E-verify Initial Verification Step when clicking on the Submit Initial Verification button I receive an error message displayed in red. (See Below for error message.
   
   

• Card Number needs an expiration date.

1. Please open a support ticket if you receive the Error Message of Initial Verification failed:
   Error Code{00-00504} Description: Document Expiration Date is required. {Tracking id }" .
   Provide the candidate name along with Card number expiration date and screen shot of the error.
