2424529 - Task/request SAPK-S3116INCTSPLGN does not exist in system

Symptom

The upgrade fails with below error:

Post-import method "FDT_AFTER_IMPORT" started for "FDT0001" "T", date and time: "<error time>"
Task/request "SAPK-S3116INCTSPLGN" does not exist in system "<server SID>"
BRF+: Unable to read full transport request "SAPK-S3116INCTSPLGN". See proceeding message
Errors occurred during post-handling "FDT_AFTER_IMPORT" for "FDT0001" "T"
"FDT_AFTER_IMPORT" belongs to package "SFDT_TRANSPORT" 

The problem usually happens when upgrading BW to a higher release, and the error may happen in phase MAIN_NEWBAS/XPRAS_AIMMRG.
