2424765 - Supervisor cannot select from Cancellation Reasons when using Register/Withdraw Employees wizard

Supervisor is not able to select from cancellation reasons set up in references within LMS when navigating to "My Employess" and using "Register/Withdraw Employees" link from "Supervisor Links"

SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) - All Supported Versions from b1608

1. As a Supervisor navigate to "My Employees" tab

2. Click on Register/Withdraw Employees link from "Supervisor link"

3. Once you navigate through all the steps and withdraw employee, you did not see any option where you could select from Cancellation reasons

This is caused due to fact that new updatedSupervisorFlow has not been updated in LMS configuration.

Search in SystemAdmin > Configuration > SystemConfiguration > LMS_ADMIN

updatedSupervisorFlow=false

Search in SystemAdmin > Configuration > SystemConfiguration > LMS_ADMIN

Configuration shown above should be change from false to true and then Supervisor will be able to see Cancellation reasons drop - down menu:

cancellation reasons cannot be selected, Supervisor cannot see cancellation reasons, updatedSupervisorFlow , KBA , LOD-SF-LMS-COR , LMS Core - Items, Catalog, Curricula , Problem
