Apply SBP patches failed. In apply<timestamp>.log file, the following log information is shown:

The problem happened with <directory>/cfgtoollogs. Here the <directory> is the current value of ORACLE_BASE.

To display the current value of ORACLE_BASE for a certain Oracle home, you can run the command '$ORACLE_HOME/bin/orabase'.
OS> $ORACLE_HOME/bin/orabase

• Oracle database version 11g
• Oracle database version 12c
