2425437 - Cell format issue in Excel after exporting from Fiori: Numbers are exported as texts

After exporting to an Excel spreadsheet from a Fiori Application the numbers are displayed as texts:

• decimals are separated with dots (e.g. 100.5) while the separator was a comma in the Fiori Application,
  AND/OR
• before negative values an apostrophe (e.g. '-5) is inserted,
  AND/OR
• amounts in that format cannot be used in formulas.
