2425508 - MSSQL: ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION fails with SQL 1385 error or 1326 error

Symptom

While testing a connection to an external Microsoft SQL Server database through ADBC_TEST_CONNECTION report, it fails with the following message:

Testing a Database Connection Defined in DBCON

Could not open connection DATABASETEST                         .
sql error      1.385  occured:
ImpersonateWindowsUser: can't logon as DOMAIN\sidadm error:1385

or

Testing a Database Connection Defined in DBCON

Could not open connection DATABASETEST                         .
sql error      1.326  occured:
ImpersonateWindowsUser: can't logon as DOMAIN\sidadm error:1326
