You would like to know how Skillsoft item status is set.

Resolution

Skillsoft connector imports the item status info via entitlement data file entitlement_status.xml, which is in XML format and determines items to be active or inactive.

If your item is set as active, you will see the following Status: <ASSET ID="skillsofttestA" STATUS="entitled"/>

If your item is set as inactive you will see the following Status: <ASSET ID="skillsofttestB" STATUS="not_entitled"/>
