2425675 - How to get metadata for OCN SSO

Symptom

If you are integrating with Open Content Network provider and require the metadata to provide the OCN provider for initial implementation of SSO between SF and OCN provider.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

Resolution

Under LMS Admin

  1. Go to System Admin
  2. Configuration
  3. System Configuration
  4. Click view for BizX configuration file
  5. Find this section: metadataProviders[IDP1].value="BizXURL with CompanyID"
  6. Copy and paste the URL into a browser and the metadata will download
  7. Provide the metadata file to your vendor
