The Learning Expiration Notification is being sent before the threshold set in the Learning Expiration Email Notification automatic process.

5. The threshold is set a certain date, but the users are receiving the notification before the date set.

The Item(s) has its own Learning Expiration Email Notification configuration. It is possible that each Item has a different threshold set.

1. Go to the Learning Administration side >
2. Search for the desired Item >
3. Go to "Email Notifications" tab from that Item >
4. Under "Override Learning Expiration Email Notification Defaults" check the threshold set for the Item >
5. Click "Restore Defaults" if the threshold is set differently and it is desired to make it equal to the Learning Expiration Notifications setup. It will automatically set this up as configured in the Learning Expiration Email Notification automatic process.
