2425745 - File access for remote database in DBACOCKPIT fails with ORA-29913 and ORA-29400 and KUP-04040

Symptom

DBACOCKPIT is monitoring remote oracle database. Some monitors require access to certain files, like tnsnames.ora, sqlnet.ora, listener.ora, alert_<SID>.log. When doing these monitors, DBACOCKPIT shows the error messages like below:

ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEOPEN callout
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-04040: file alert_<SID>.log in EXT_DIR_DBAC_ALERT not found
(Here the file can be tnsnames.ora, sqlnet.ora or listener.ora. Directory can be EXT_DIR_DBAC_CLIENT or EXT_DIR_DBAC_SERVER.)
