Java Applications do not open correctly when starting from SAP Solution Manager links

The JAVA applications are open using the ABAP ICM URL instead of the JAVA ICM URL and for example, when the Agent Administration UI is accessed from a jump-in link in the SAP Solution Manager Workcenter the ABAP ICM host and port are used instead of the JAVA host and port. The wrong ICM URL leads to the error 404 (Not Found).

One such example would be the Agent Administration which when opened throws the error below:
