Sometimes when a transmit is done from Service Manager application, the error below occurs:
JCO_ERROR_CONVERSION: Incorrectly encoded sign for BCD in record /SYCLO/CRMBTX_ORDERADM_H_STR at field EFFECTIVE_TS
After application is restarted from cockpit, error goes away.
