2426124 - SAPUI5 application modifications are not visible

Symptom

After modifying and deploying a SAPUI5 application, the changes appear in the backend system but when testing the application via launchpad, they do not appear. If the application is loaded when using sap-ui-debug=true or sap-ui-xx-componentPreload=off, the changes appear.

All caches have been cleaned up.
