2426141 - Import order on Live Profile Import when Type of Information is Background Information - SuccessFactors Employee Profile

• When importing the background information, the order inserted into the .csv file is not respected.
• What is the import order when importing the background information?

Access your instance:

1. Go to: Admin Center;
2. Import Extended User Information;
3. Select Type of Information: Background Information;
4. Select the file;
5. Select Additional File Options: Import by re-loading all data with your new changes;
6. Click in: Import Extended User Data File.

The data are uploaded at the same time and it is not possible define a specific order.
